A&O GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and would like to inform you below about its collection and use.

Purpose of storage and type of data

We collect and store personal data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) GDPR

 - to enable us to fulfil our contractual obligations to you;

 - to enable us to identify you as a customer;

 - to enable us to provide you with appropriate advice;

 - to enable us to comply with our legal obligations;

 - for correspondence with you;

 - for tracking orders, quality assurance and invoicing of our client;


Data such as the last name, first name, address, email address, telephone number and all information necessary for the fulfilment of the contract with you is required for this purpose.

You have the option to register on the website. In the event of recurring order processes, this saves you re-entering data each time. However, registration is not a necessity.

We assure you that we process your data according to existing legal regulations while observing the highest possible level of confidentiality. Further dissemination of data only occurs to the extent required to be able to make this offer available. Disclosure of data to the customer (Evobus) may be necessary for quality assurance purposes. No use or change of purpose above or beyond this takes place.

Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. We also wish to point out that the transmission of data in the internet (e.g. during communication by email) may be affected by security gaps. It is not possible to protect data completely against accessing by third parties.

Duration of data storage

We only store your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing your data.

- for the purpose of contract processing and enforcing and defending claims under civil law arising from contractual and legal obligations existing with you until the end of the year following the beginning of the limitation period for all reciprocal claims;

- according to the specifications of customers/clients

- and as long and insofar as storage is required by law or for the consideration of any objection.

Use of Yumpu (presentation of PDF files as an interactive preview)

On our website, we use Yumpu services from the i-magazine AG (“i-mag” – Gewerbestrasse 3, 9444 Diepoldsau, CH). Yumpu provides a digital platform for publishing magazines, brochures or catalogues. Via Yumpu, the content of PDF files is presented as a so-called flipbook and displayed directly in the web browser without loading the PDF files.
